Plaques for Google reviews only
These plaques direct guests to Google reviews only. NFC-compatible phones open the link when brought near the plaque, while the QR code offers another way in. Guests remain free to describe their own experience.
Place the plaque where asking for a review feels natural, such as at the exit or counter. It makes your listing easier to access, but guarantees neither new reviews nor a particular rating. No positive review is required.
Your logo, your background and your words
Personalisation includes your real logo, your choice of background or colour, your text and your design. A photo, illustration or simple composition can give the plaque your venue’s identity.
You do not need to design everything. In the configurator, send just your logo for a proposal, leave the design to us or customise the preview yourself. The editor’s QR is illustrative; your final link will be prepared for your venue.
Plaque pack prices
One personalised plaque costs CHF 50. Two cost CHF 70, or CHF 35 each. Five cost CHF 170, or CHF 34 each. These packs are one-off purchases with no subscription.
The number depends on your venue’s touchpoints. Two plaques can cover the counter and exit; several plaques offer the same access from different locations.
Need menus and Wi-Fi too?
Standalone packs do not include digital menus, smart Wi-Fi or review replies. These services belong to SwissTapGo complete at CHF 250 per month, with 10 personalised plaques included free.
Subscribers can add plaques for a one-off CHF 25 each. If you want to equip the whole restaurant, compare plaque packs with the complete subscription before choosing.

No. Every guest is free to share their experience and choose their rating.
