How long is the subscription?
250 CHF per month, VAT included. 3-month minimum (750 CHF). Cancel with 30 days’ notice at marketing@uptechswiss.ch.
When will my plaques arrive?
Free delivery with your subscription: 24 hours in Geneva canton, 48 hours elsewhere in Switzerland. Delivery and activation dates are confirmed with our team.
Do I need my logo ready before subscribing?
No. Send your logo and menu after ordering. Our team prepares the design with you.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Your customers hold their phone near the plaque or scan the QR code. The menu and services open directly on their phone.
What is included with plaques without a subscription?
All standalone plaques give access to Google reviews only. The CHF 30 plaque has a standard design. The CHF 50, 70 and 170 packs include your logo and design. The menu, Wi-Fi and review replies are part of the subscription.
My menu changes often. Is that included?
Yes. With the 250 CHF/month subscription, we update your menu whenever it changes and maintain its translations.
Is the Instagram follow verified?
The Wi-Fi journey invites visitors to open your profile and follow you. The current system does not automatically verify that they have followed.
Do reviews have to be positive?
No. Every guest is free to share their experience. A positive review is never required to use the service.
What does “ongoing” mean?
Updates and review replies are included while your subscription is active. Standalone plaques are a one-time purchase.
How does customization work?
Simply send your logo after ordering. We prepare a design for you to approve. You can also choose your background and text: it’s optional.
