Guests open your platform from an NFC plaque or QR code. They find your menu, Instagram and Wi-Fi access in one place, without installing an app.
The Wi-Fi journey can invite guests to open your Instagram and follow you before showing connection details. Your profile becomes visible when guests are looking for the restaurant network.
What the journey actually verifies
The Instagram step is part of the access journey, but the current system does not automatically verify that a guest actually followed your account. We therefore do not promise a guaranteed number of new followers.
The demo preserves each restaurant’s journey: La Santeria has an Instagram step, Il Centro di Napoli shows Instagram then Google reviews, while Sabores uses a review-based journey. No positive review is required.
One platform, several services
Smart Wi-Fi is part of the complete SwissTapGo system for CHF 250 per month. The subscription also includes multilingual menus, every menu update and replies to all Google reviews.
The first 10 personalised plaques are included free. Their logo and design match your venue. Add plaques for a one-off subscriber price of CHF 25 each, without increasing your monthly fee.
Preparing your restaurant’s journey
To prepare your project, identify your official Instagram account, guest Wi-Fi network and the information you want on the platform. The journey should fit the welcome your team provides.

Is following on Instagram automatically verified?
No. The journey invites guests to discover and follow the account, but does not automatically confirm an Instagram follow.
Is Wi-Fi included with standalone plaques?
No. Standalone plaques provide Google review access only. The Wi-Fi journey is part of the complete subscription.
