Can I add my logo?
This CHF 30 plaque uses the fixed SwissTapGo standard design. For your own logo, background and wording, choose a personalised plaque.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests tap a compatible phone or scan the QR code, then leave their review on Google.
When will I receive my plaque?
Delivery: 24 hours in the canton of Geneva, 48 hours elsewhere in Switzerland. Our team confirms when this timeframe starts upon approval of your Google link.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once. This plaque provides access to Google reviews only; it does not include the digital menu or review reply management.
Do reviews have to be positive?
No. Every guest is free to share their experience. A positive review is never required to use the service.
